bad soldiers or poor commanders? - stephenkhoo - 11-24-2014 12:38 AM

There is a tendency in political and corporate leadership today to disjoin moral leadership from professional leadership.  Leaders today are reduced to merely bringing economic benefits to the people they serve and disclaim responsibility in moral and ethical leadership.

Leaders are critical for the organization.  It is often said that there are no bad soldiers but only commanders.  Leadership will determine the direction and the morale of the people.   Good leaders are needed to heal the community because today society is fragmented and divided because of the wounds that come from sin and injustice.
