i believe this has been going round since the advent of email technology in the early 90s, whatever the motive is this guy went against corporate governance and email security and i am sure he is not the only one, other technical ways is to use archive function or export function. the old fashion way is to keep in contact with someone who is still at the old corporate to forward updated client information regularly. how do you then bring charges against such dishonest acts?
