What is our life?

RE: What is our life?
Reflecting on my life back to days of school and I start to wonder if I am smart enough or simply didn't do more. How do I bring back my energy? Seems to be lost and misaligned over time as I get older. One definite thing I like to share is the society I live in. It is a regimental paced society with a constant drive to ensure our monetary well being. We are bound very biased to the programs and policies by the state especially issues anchoring our lives and livelihood. In macro terms a big magnet, in micro terms a desire on our part to strive to fit. In the end we find alot of ordinary folks falling off and only the best survives. We are turning into a society like Athens not Spartan like Ngiam Tong Dow rightly put it. Yes we have a thorough process of nurturing scholars and talents through prestigious global institutions but don't you agree serving with drive and passion is far more valuable and rare? We need a all rounder with equal traits not someone with head but nothing else then we do not need a politician, we just need an administrator. Do you agree?
